Man Accused of ‘Open Lewdness’ in Courthouse Elevator

Bucks County Courthouse Security Officer catches a man allegedly masturbating in the elevator.

Marco Anton Ruiz-Albizu, 27, Old Dublin Pike, Doylestown, was arrested March 21 after Bucks County courthouse security officers observed him allegedly masturbating in an elevator at the county parking garage, borough police report. The incident happened at approximately 7:06 p.m. Ruiz-Albizu is charged with open lewdness and disorderly conduct.

Sketch of Alleged Car Thief Released

Doylestown Borough Police have released a sketch of a man wanted in connection with a recent car theft.

Doylestown Borough Police are asking the public's help in tracking down a man wanted in connection with a recent car theft. The police department recently released a sketch of a man they say stole a Jeep Grand Cherokee that was displayed for sale at TransShop. The man is described as about 5-foot-10 to 6-feet tall, weighing about 185 pounds, with close-cropped red hair. A receptionist at the shop told police that the man said he wanted to inspect the vehicle, so she gave him the keys. He was seen looking at the exterior of the vehicle, before getting in the Jeep and driving off at a high rate of speed, heading south on South Main Street. Jeep Stolen Off Lot

A man reportedly stole a Jeep Cherokee that was for sale after saying he wanted to inspect it.

Police say a man who said he wanted to check out a car for sale stole it instead. The Jeep Grand Cherokee was posted for sale at the Trans Shop, according to Doylestown Borough Police.  A receptionist told police that a man approached her, asking about the vehicle. She gave him the keys to inspect it. The man was observed looking at the exterior of the vehicle, according to the police report. He then allegedly entered the vehicle and drove off at a high rate of speed, traveling south on South Main Street. The incident happened on Monday, January 14 at about 2 p.m., police said. The man is described as 20 to 30 years of age, with close-cropped red hair; he was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt. The Jeep is valued at about $4,200.

Woman Arrested With 15 Packets of Heroin

She and another woman also are accused of stealing from Rite Aid.

Theft Kathleen Paulino, 51, Preston Road, Milford, NJ, and Stacey Paulino, 22, no fixed abode, were arrested on Wednesday, January 25 at about 8:54 p.m. after they allegedly removed merchandise from Rite Aid without attempting to pay for the items. Merchandise included several CDs, various pieces of jewelry, a flat iron, and nail polish. The items are valued at approximately $200. Both women are also charged with receiving stolen property. In addition, Stacey Paulino is charged with possession of a controlled substance after she was found in possession of 15 packets of suspected heroin.
