Doylestown Borough Police reported two assaults and a physical confrontation in the borough recently. In the first incident, Stephen Weber, 31, no fixed abode, was arrested on Saturday, Jan. 19 at about 5:03 a.m. Police said he allegedly pulled a female acquaintance down a flight of steps by her hair after a verbal altercation at an apartment on the tens block of E. State Street. During the altercation, Weber damaged a door and window of a local business, according to the police reports. Weber is also charged with criminal mischief, public drunkenness, and disorderly conduct. A Havertown man has been charged with assault and several related charges after police said he hit another man outside a Doylestown bar recently. Alan Koch, 22, Earlington Road, Havertown, was arrested on Sunday, Jan. 6 at about 12:32 a.m. after he allegedly punched a patron of Stephanie’s in the eye, according to police. Doylestown Borough Police Chief Jim Donnelly said the victim was leaving the bar when he was assaulted and had had no prior contact with Koch. "He just walked up the steps to go home, and the guy at the top of the steps punched him," Donnelly told Doylestown Patch. Doylestown Borough Police are asking the public to help identify this man, whom they believe punched a County Theater worker in the face.
Doylestown Borough Police are asking for the public's help in identifying this man. Police believe this is the same man who punched a County Theater worker in the face in July during an argument over a dog. The man is described as a white male, about 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing 140 to 150 pounds. He is believed to be in his late 40’s to early 50’s, and has dark hair, sometimes worn in ponytail. Police said he is known to carry a small dog in a black over-the-shoulder bag. He is wanted in connection with an assault at Doylestown's County Theater on July 2. A man carrying a small dog in a messenger-type bag tried to enter the movie theater that day. The theater manager and a volunteer stopped the man and explained that only service dogs …

Former Lansdale Catholic High School head lacrosse coach Tim Udinski has been arrested and charged with stalking and harassment stemming from his alleged false accusations of sexual misconduct against officials associated with the school. Udinski, 43, of Doylestown, was video arraigned before District Judge Harold Borek Tuesday and bail was set at $25,000 unsecured, according to court documents. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 27 at 10:30 a.m. before District Judge Harry Nesbitt III in Horsham.
