I've gone there three times, and had success only once. The first time they were not open despite their website saying they should be open. The second time myself and a friend stood inside for three minutes, never once seeing a staff member—that and an offensively overpowering cinnamon candle prompted us to leave. I gave it another go last week and had a Belgian chocolate iced coffee, which was good; I paired it with a brownie, which looked homemade, but was merely adequate and honestly not as good as Starbucks brownies that look factory-made but are delicious.

I've stopped by the Zen several times since thier grand opening and there's always something going on. Yesterday they had acoustic music so I stayed for a few minutes. Good job Zen Den!
I love the Zen Den. The coffee is great. The food and snacks are great. The employees are great. The atmosphere is great. Love it!

This is a great spot to sit and visit with a friend. The homemade desserts are delicious, the coffee is excellent, no bitter starbucks aftertaste, and the staff is friendly and courteous. Its quiet and comfortable with a very cool atmosphere, great music and trivia night events. I highly recommend it.
