I have lived in and dined at some nice places in NYC and Boston. Honey was/is by far THE BEST dining experience I have ever had. It's Very rare when I dine out that I feel everything was Perfect.
It's usual Great food/Bad service or vice-versa or it's too loud or crowded. My first time there was Perfect, and I've return several times; from the atmosphere to the plates & glasses, everything was unique and top of the line.
And the Food? Wholly Moley!!! Each dish was SO yummy and different and were nothing I would (or could) ever personally make.
THAT is what put it over the top.
It's very obvious they Owners &/or Chef just CARE.
What more could you ask for?!!??!
I've bought a few gift cards for friends/clients as well, feeling 100% confident they will enjoy the experience too.
Darn it - now I'm dying to go there again!!
