The Bucks County SPCA is an organization dedicated to promoting the welfare of animals in Bucks County by preventing cruelty and educating community members. The organization offers public education classes in obedience training, puppy training and testing, cat and dog interaction and more; additional services provided include animal adoption placement, animal rescue and shelter services, behavioral counseling, humane trap rentals and private cremation. Bucks County SPCA offers a volunteer program, through which community members can work in positions such as SPCA greeter, community outreach, dog-walking trail volunteers and foster parents for underage kittens.
