Buckingham Elementary School
267-893-4200
The first students poured into Buckingham Elementary in September, 1955. The school building on Durham Road was built to replace the series of one-room schoolhouses that served the mostly rural township for most of its history. Today, Buckingham Elementary educates nearly 550 students in grades kindergarten through sixth. Renovations during the 2005 - 2006 school year made improvements to the nurse's office and main office, and added a new gymnasium.
