THE RAVEN
What: Eric Howl and several other Doylestown residents will present a unique, one-night only haunted live musical and dramatic performance of The Raven by Edgar Allen Poe.
When/where: Friday at 7 p.m. at the Doylestown Bookshop, 16 S Main St, Doylestown
Cost: Recommended donation is $5
GENEALOGICAL SOCIETY MEETING
What: Speaker Michael Hait will do a presentation titled "Genealogy in your Genes: Using DNA for Genealogical Research."
When/where: Saturday at 10 a.m. at the David Library of the American Revolution, 1201 River Road, Washington Crossing.
Cost: $5 for members; $10 for nonmembers
ANNIE JR.
What: Dance Elite Horsham will do two performances of "Annie Jr."
When/where: Saturday at 2 and 4 p.m. at The James Lorah Auditorium, 132 North Main St., Doylestown
Cost: $10; click here for tickets
SHARE THE LOVE
What: Class-Harlan Real Estate kicks off its month-long food drive. The office will accept food donations during the entire month of February as part of the the "Share the Love" campaign.
When/where: From Feb. 1 to 28. Drop off Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 15 W. State St, Doylestown
ARTS COMPANY AUDITIONS
What: The Newtown Arts Company will hold auditions for The Taffetas, A Musical Journey Through the Fabulous Fifties by Rick Lewis.
When/where: Friday at 6:30 p.m. and Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Newtown Theatre, 120 N State St., Newtown
Cost: Free; those auditioning should be prepared to sing a 1950-1960 era song. A piano accompanist will be provided.
