Tubby Olive to Open, Food for Thought Book Club to Meet

Here's a look at what's going on this week in Doylestown:

MONDAY
It's Veterans Day and as a thank you to the men and women who have served, Applebee's is giving a free meal to veterans and active military servicemen and woman. Click here for details. 

Ken Leroy will speak about "The History of  Trees and Mansions in Fairmount Park" at the Doylestown Nature Club meeting Monday at 1 p.m. at the Buckingham Township Building. 

TUESDAY
The Doylestown Food Co-op's "Food for Thought" Book Club will be held at 6:15 p.m. at the Doylestown Bookshop. Tuesday's book up for discussion is Turn Here Sweet Corn by Atina Diffley. 

WEDNESDAY
The Central Bucks Family YMCA is hosting a program aimed to prevent child sexual abuse. The program starts at 6:30 p.m. Click here for details. 

THURSDAY
The Doylestown Area MS Connections Support Group will meet at 7 p.m. at the Doylestown Hospital.
 
Central Bucks High School West students will perform "Our Town" at 7:30 p.m. Click here for details. 

FRIDAY
The Tubby Olive is opening its Doylestown location Friday. A grand opening celebration will be held from noon to 6 p.m. at 6 W. State St.
