Community Update

The worst customer service! After being a customer of this bank for 25 years I ran into difficulty with their new policy on declining my ATM card whenever I travel unless I notify them of every location that I plan to be at (don't forget to include layovers at other airports). It is quite embarassing to keep having servers tell you that your card is declined. It's a HUGE inconvenience for me as I travel a lot and they say that it's for my protection. However, I see it as it's for their protection because my money is insured but it's at my incovenience that THEY are protected. When speaking with a bank representative I was told that I had a choice of letting them know every time I travel and to where and what dates or that I should just use one of my other credit cards and not have access to my own money. Yes, 25 years of loyalty for that. Do yourself a favor, find another bank.
