The Frustration Continues for Chelsea FC fans

These last couple days have been very grueling for Chelsea FC supporters all over the world. The recent firing of Robert Di Matteo has fans in an uproar, but what makes it even worse is that Roman Abromovich has hired Rafa Benitez. The 6 year Liverpool coach has had a very rough past with Chelsea supporters. While at Liverpool Benitez called Chelsea fans “plastic” and not true supporters. He has also criticized Chelsea legends such as Drogba, Lampard and Terry.  The fans have showed their frustration by chanting “There’s only one Di Matteo” and holding anti Benitez signs. Today the fans even organized a chant during the 16th minute of the London Derby match against Fulham.  The game ended in a 0-0 draw and the frustration seems to continue for fans of the club. The letdown of Fernando Torres rings throughout the ears of the fans.  The one time great, has not been able to get it together at the club. Torres has not scored in over 650 minutes of play and continues to make mistakes. Chelsea needs to find a way to get it together and it needs to start soon. Does it start with the fans supporting the coach or does it start with Chelsea buying a new striker and leaving Torres in the dust. Who knows? All we do know is that these next couple matches will be huge for supporters and the management of the club.
