Learn to incorporate and explore hands-on printmaking techniques using relief printing. Each student will learn to produce a mono print from colograph, a plate and other transfer techniques. A mono print is an original print pulled from a plate. A dampened paper is placed over a prepared plexiglass or cardboard plate (with your design) and rolled over with a wooden rolling pin or spoon for pressure. Expand your artistic expression by combining several types of printmaking or just see what your hands can do.
