BarCamp Bucks to Host Creative Professionals Networking Program & Brainstorming Workshop

BarCamp Bucks (www.barcampbucks.com) will host a free, local networking and creative thinking event on Thursday, Oct. 20, 2011 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Occasions in New Hope, Pa.

BarCamp is an international network of user-generated conferences (or “unconferences”) where participants are invited to come with ideas they want to talk or learn about in an open and participatory environment. Typically casual events, popular topics are chosen and impromptu discussions ensue.

A group of Bucks County, Pa. creative business professionals planned this creative thinking workshop as a means of gathering business professionals, such as designers and marketers from the Bucks County area, to discuss tools, strategy and creativity that can be implemented to support our local businesses and generate creativity in our community. The interactive event will be driven mainly by attendee participation.
