Volunteers Appointed to Doylestown Boards
Several volunteers have been appointed to boards and commissions in Doylestown Borough.
Doylestown Borough recently gained several new faces on the boards and commissions that advise borough council on various issues.
The new appointees join many longtime volunteers returning for another stint on the nine advisory bodies.
Borough council members voted unanimously to approve the appointments, which include:

- Building and Fire Code Board of Appeals (5 years): Gus Perea
- Environmental Adivsory Council (3 years): Phillip J. Cacossa, Joe Frederick and Richard Hansen
- Fanny Chapman Pool Board (3 years): G. Frederick Dunn
- Historic and Architectural Review Board (4 years): Walter Keppler, Stephen Rawes, and Heather Walton
- Human Relations Commission (3 years): Patricia Markel and Hayden Saunier
- Park and Recreation Board (5 years): Gary Thornton
- Revitalization Board (3 years): Andrew Beck, Kathleen Landis, Richard J. Lyons, and Dick Patterson
- Shade Tree Commission (5 years): Christopher May, James Resek and Judith Stratton
- Zoning Hearing Board (3 years): Charles (Rick) Scott
