Less is More for Doylestown Township Supervisor Meetings

Doylestown Township Board of Supervisors will consider reducing their meeting schedule to once a month.

In a quick 20-minute session Tuesday, Doylestown Township Board of Supervisors proposed reducing its meeting from twice a month to once.

Board Chair, Barbara N. Lyons, made the proposal after all the agenda items had been swiftly handled.

“Our meetings are under a half hour most of the time,” she said. “I think we can probably consolidate a lot of business into one meeting and save some staff time and resources.”
