Kids Castle Update on Township Agenda

Doylestown Township supervisors are scheduled to hear an update on the effort to renovate and replace Kids Castle.

The effort to renovate and replace the playground at Doylestown Township's beloved Kids Castle is moving ahead full steam.

An extensive committee of volunteers has been working for months to raise money and coordinate the efforts to renovate and replace equipment at the beloved castle playground in Central Park.

The group is always looking for volunteers; to find out how to get involved, email SaveKidsCastle@gmail.com or visit www.savekidscastle.org

Township supervisors are scheduled to hear an update on the effort at their board meeting Tuesday night. The meeting starts at 7 p.m. at the township building on Wells Road. The public is encouraged to attend.

Supervisors also are expected to hear updates on a stormwater project and on the construction project planned for the Poole's Corner intersection of Rt. 313 and Rt. 202.
