Borough, Township Issue Snow Reminders

Doylestown Township and Borough have issued snow reminders in light of the major Nor'easter impacting our area.

A snow emergency is in place for Doylestown through at least 3 p.m. Friday, borough officials said.

See Doylestown's snow emergency map here. No parking is allowed on snow emergency routes during storms.

The township reminded people not to park on roadways and not to shovel snow into streets.

"Although streets are accessible to appropriate vehicles at this time, travel is still treacherous," the borough wrote on its website. "Venture out only in an emergency and exercise extreme caution."
