Two Charged in Alleged Hilltown Walmart Retail Thefts

Hilltown Township Police said Norman Hannum, 25, of Skippack, and Martha Foster, 20, of Doylestown allegedly stole merchandise from Walmart.

Hilltown Township Police have charged a Doylestown woman and a Skippack man with retail theft offenses at Walmart on Bethlehem Pike.
On Oct. 19, at 5:02 p.m., police responded to the store for a retail theft call. Police said Norman Logan Hannum, 25, of the 4000 block of Pine Lane, Skippack,  had allegedly taken more than $850 in merchandise without paying.
Police charged Hannum with retail theft and driving with a suspended license, police said.
In a separate incident on Nov. 7 at 4:50 p.m., police responded to a retail theft at Walmart. Police said Martha Caitlin Foster, 20, of the 3900 block of State Street, Doylestown, had allegedly taken merchandise past all points of retail sales.
Further investigation revealed Foster had a previous retail theft conviction, police said.
