Text Threats Sent to CB West Teen: Police

Doylestown Borough Police are investigating threats sent to a CB West student this week.

Doylestown Borough Police are investigating threats made against a high school student this week.

A student at Central Bucks High School West reported receiving disturbing text messages earlier this week. The messages threatened "the welfare of her friends and family" if she did not comply with the caller’s request to send sexually explicit pictures of herself.

The incident was reported on Monday, February 25 at about 11:10 a.m.

Police are investigating the matter, but are running into roadblocks. The threatening messages were routed through a server that masks identification of the sending computer.
