Teen Tried to Taser Student, Police Say

A 17-year-old Danboro teen was arrested Wednesday after he attempted to Taser a student.

A 17-year-old Danboro teen was arrested Wednesday after he attempted to Taser a student getting off a school bus on Pearl Drive, Doylestown Borough police said.

Witnesses told police that the teen boy followed the school bus to Pearl Drive. When the victim exited the school bus, the teen “revved his engine and lurched his vehicle toward the victim,” according to police. 

The boy got out of his car, chased the victim and activated the Taser, according to police.

The juvenile male was transported to Bucks County Juvenile Detention Center, police said.
