Statues Stolen in Doylestown

Drug Violations

Charges have been filed against Patricia Silvers, 41, Taylor Avenue, Hamilton, NJ, after she allegedly attempted to enter the while in possession of a syringe and other pieces of drug paraphernalia.

The incident occurred on Thursday, March 29 at approximately 2:24 PM.

Theft

A representative from reported that a ring valued at approximately $45 was removed from the store on Friday, March 30 at approximately 10:28 a.m.

The suspects are described as a male and a female in their mid-twenties. The male is approximately 6’ tall with a missing tooth and was last seen wearing blue jeans. The female is described as approximately 5’7” with long black hair and a possible nose piercing.

Theft

A concrete lion statue was removed from the front porch of a N. West Street financial office sometime between the close of business on Thursday, March 29 and 12:40 p.m. on Friday, March 30.

A second lion statue was removed from the same business sometime between 4:00 p.m. on Monday, April 2 and 9:00 AM on Tuesday, April 3.

The statues measure approximately 30” x 10” x 18” and are valued at approximately $250 each.

Public Drunkenness

James Geary, 24, Louis St Clair Drive, Doylestown, was cited on Friday, March 30 at approximately 12:56 p.m. after a representative from a Main Street convenience store reported a suspicious male sleeping in a vehicle parked in the lot for several hours.

While investigating the incident, Geary was observed to exhibit signs of intoxication.

Public Drunkenness

A citation has been filed against Michael Ketterer, 22, Augustine Road, Sellersville, after he was allegedly observed banging on the window of a vehicle parked in a W. Court Street lot on Saturday, March 31 at approximately 1:59 a.m.

While investigating the incident, Ketterer was observed to exhibit signs of intoxication.

Liquor Laws

David Engelbert, 18, Poplar Lane, Doylestown, was cited on Saturday, March 31 at approximately 9:26 p.m. after he was allegedly observed staggering in the area of West Street and Oakland Avenue.

Engelbert is also charged with public drunkenness and possession of false identification cards.

During the investigation, an acquaintance of Engelbert’s, Nicholas Giannini, 18, Marie Circle, Doylestown, was noted to exhibit signs of alcohol consumption and was cited accordingly.

Criminal Mischief

A vehicle parked on the 100 block of Shewell Avenue had the housing on the driver’s side mirror broken sometime between 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 31 and 8:30 a.m. on Sunday, April 1.
