Police Report Drug, Alcohol-Related Incidents in Doylestown

Doylestown Borough Police reported several drug and alcohol-related incidents in the borough recently.

 

The following information was supplied by the Doylestown Borough Police Department. Where an arrest is listed, it does not indicate a conviction.

Drug Violations

Gregory Schools, 50, Ivy Hill Road, Levittown, was arrested on Friday, August 10 at approximately 9:10 a.m. after he was found in possession of two small packets of suspected cocaine as he attempted to enter the .

Drug Violations

Connor Horn, 21, Sandy Ridge Road, Doylestown, was arrested on Monday, August 20 at approximately 9:24 p.m. after he was allegedly found in possession of a small amount of marijuana and a glass pipe commonly used for smoking marijuana.

Horn was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped for emanating the odor of marijuana on East Street in the area of Easthill Drive.

Disorderly Conduct

Charles Barr, 22, Megan Circle, Chalfont, was cited on Saturday, August 11 at approximately 1:28 a.m. after he allegedly created a disturbance at and refused to leave, when requested.

Liquor Laws

Lindsay Dilemmo, 18, White Tail Court, Doylestown, Jaclyn Kelly, 18, Jillian Way, Doylestown, Conor Long, 18, Amberton Court, Doylestown, and Aileen Wallace, 18, Newbolt Court, Doylestown, were cited on Saturday, August 11 at approximately 12:25 a.m. after an officer stopped to investigate a vehicle parked in the middle of the road on Meadow Lane in the area of Timothy Drive.

Dilemmo, Kelly, and Long exhibited signs of intoxication. Wallace was in possession of a flask containing suspected alcohol.

Public Drunkenness

Shawn Moyer, 37, Oak Lane, Furlong, was cited on Friday, August 10 at approximately 11:13 p.m. after he was observed swaying while seated on the corner of S. Main Street and Hart Avenue.

Public Drunkenness

Michelle Meenan, 42, Ferris Lane, New Britain, was cited on Sunday, August 12 at approximately 12:30 a.m. after she was observed staggering on Mary Street.

Luis Rodriguez, 22, Woodland Drive, New Britain, was cited on Sunday, August 12 at approximately 2:27 a.m. after he was observed sleeping near the steps of the Farmhouse Tavern.

Christopher Nodecker, 21, Buckingham Lane, North Wales, was cited on Sunday, August 12 at approximately 3:41 a.m. after he was observed sleeping on the sidewalk in the area of the .

Public Drunkenness

Daniel Tang, 27, State Street, Doylestown, was cited on Sunday, August 12 at approximately 7:53 p.m. after he allegedly created a disturbance in front of his residence.

Driving Under the Influence

A 55-year-old Doylestown  man from Steeple Chase Drive was arrested on Sunday, Aug. 12 at approximately 3:49 a.m. after he was observed driving his vehicle over the center divider line on the 200 block of S. Main Street.

During the traffic stop, He was noted to exhibit signs of intoxication. He was asked to perform field sobriety tests, which he failed. 

He was transported to Doylestown Hospital for legal blood tests.

Driving Under the Influence

A 33-year-old Doylestown man from Shady Retreat Road was arrested on Friday, Aug. 10 at approximately 8:24 p.m. after officers received the report of a vehicle being driven erratically in the area of the .

During the investigation, he was noted to exhibit signs of intoxication. He was asked to perform field sobriety tests, which he failed.

He was transported to Doylestown Hospital for legal blood tests, which he refused.

Driving Under the Influence

A 22-year-old Doylestown man from Sandy Knoll Drive was arrested on Saturday, Aug. 11 at approximately 11:02 p.m. after the vehicle he was driving was stopped for inoperable taillights. 

During the traffic stop, he was noted to exhibit signs of intoxication. He was asked to perform field sobriety tests, which he failed. 

He was transported to Doylestown Hospital for legal blood tests.

Driving Under the Influence

A 21-year-old Doylestown woman from Mercer Gate Drive was arrested on Wednesday, Aug. 15 at approximately 12:44 a.m. after she was observed driving her vehicle southbound in the northbound travel lane on S. Main Street in the area of Hillside Avenue.

During the traffic stop, she was noted to exhibit signs of intoxication. She was asked to perform field sobriety tests, which she failed.

She was transported to Doylestown Hospital for legal blood tests.
