Man Cited for Public Drunkenness After Seen Lying on State St

The Central Bucks Regional Police Department reported the following recent activity:

Apr 26

Christopher Engarde, 29, Perkasie, was cited for public drunkenness after police were dispatched for report of a male laying in the roadway at E. State Street and S. Church Street.

April 25 

A retail theft of over $790 in merchandise was reported at Giant in Town Center.

Apr 23 

Justin Paxson, 33, Doylestown, was arrested for retail theft of baby formula at the Acme in Doylestown. 

Apr 19 

Three out of six tires of a flatbed truck were reported as slashed over the weekend at a business located at 190 S. Clinton Street. 

Daniel Eelman, 28, was cited for public drunkenness after officers observed him to appear disoriented, intoxicated and attempting to get into his vehicle on the corner of S. Clinton and W. Oakland Avenue.

Shane Daray, 20, Englishtown, NJ, was charged with public drunkenness, underage drinking and disorderly conduct after police responded to Harvey Avenue for subject sleeping on the porch of a resident’s home.

A business located at 212 Decatur Street reported graffiti markings on their building which took place in the overnight hours of Apr 17. 

Apr 16 

Donald Lankford, 60, Doylestown, was cited after police responded to a domestic-in-progress call between husband and wife on the 300 block of W. Court Street.

A resident reported theft of yellow Schwinn, retro-style bicycle from their driveway on the 200 block of N. West Street.  The bike was valued at $100.

Taylor Barnhill, 18, Staubsburg, PA and a 15-year old juvenile, were arrested and charged with Simple Assault, Disorderly Conduct and Harassment following a three physical attacks on a 13-yr old student at Foundations. Victim suffered head trauma as a result of multiple hits to the head. 

Apr 14 

Carly Mesina, 18, Doylestown and Justin Yurigan, 18, Pipersville were involved in a physical altercation in the parking lot of an establishment located at 400 N. Main Street.

Apr 13 

Althea Sussman, 29, Sellersville, and Gregg Sztukowski, 34, Doylestown were cited after threatening the manager at an establishment located at 194 W. Ashland Street.

Apr 12 

Gary Hynson, 26, Doylestown was cited for public drunkenness after being found sleeping on a Borough resident’s front porch on S. Clinton Street.  Hynson was detained on a warrant out of Montgomery County.

A vehicle owner reported a passenger front window was smashed and a purse containing $50 with paperwork were stolen while parked at Doylestown Library. 

A resident at Regency Woods reported two window screens torn during the overnight hours.

A vehicle owner reported a rear passenger window smashed and keys were taken from the center console while parked at the SEPTA station in Doylestown.
