Man Accused of ‘Open Lewdness’ in Courthouse Elevator

Marco Anton Ruiz-Albizu, 27, Old Dublin Pike, Doylestown, was arrested March 21 after Bucks County courthouse security officers observed him allegedly masturbating in an elevator at the county parking garage, borough police report.

The incident happened at approximately 7:06 p.m. Ruiz-Albizu is charged with open lewdness and disorderly conduct.
