Doylestown Township Police Chief Stephen White said Friday that his department still is investigating the crash, including whether a medical condition may have contributed to the accident.

Yakov Kamyshev was driving in the parking lot of the Bucks County government office complex at Almshouse Road and Rt. 611 in Doylestown Township on Thursday around 10 a.m.

Kamyshev was trying to turn left onto the main driveway of the complex, which includes the , when he hit Elizabeth Schluth, 69, of the 50 block of Twigkenham Dr., Richboro. The Kamyshevs’ car accelerated up the main drive and then crossed Almshouse Road, police said. It struck a stone building on the opposite side of the road and lodged against the building in the shrubbery.
