Intoxicated Man Cited for Ripping Down American Flag on July 4
Shane Lawrence Dugan, 23, of Feasterville was cited for disorderly conduct after he grabbed an American flag hanging on West State Street and tried to damage the pole.

A Feasterville man was cited by police in Doylestown for trying to rip down an American flag on July 4.
Central Bucks Regional Police said Shane Lawrence Dugan, 23, of Feasterville was cited for disorderly conduct after he grabbed an American flag hanging on West State Street and tried to break the pole.

A man that was with him, Nicholas DeFeo, 48, of Levittown, was cited for disorderly contact for pulling down a tree branch.
Police told The Intelligencer that the men were visibly intoxicated.
