Graffiti Mischief at CB West, Downtown

Wielding black markers, graffiti "artists" targeted the high school and parts of downtown Doylestown.

Criminal Mischief

Graffiti was written on a window, several pieces of ventilation equipment, and exterior walls on the roof of Central Bucks West High School during the early morning hours of August 27.

Video surveillance shows two males, mid to late twenties, writing the graffiti at approximately 4:12 AM.

Graffiti was observed in an alley off of the single digit block of S. Main Street on Wednesday, September 14.

Graffiti was written on a door, an electrical box, a doorframe, and an air conditioning unit.

Public Drunkenness

Manfred Carfagno, 47, Aspen Way, Doylestown, was cited on Friday, September 9 at approximately 1:23 AM after he was observed sleeping in his vehicle, which was parked on the 100 block of Doyle Street.

Criminal Mischief

Someone damaged a metal door handle and door jamb to a second floor bathroom at the sometime during the early morning hours of Friday, September 9.

The toilet in the rest room was also damaged, causing water to spray from the tank and overflow out of the room into the hallway.

The carpet on the second floor hallway of the Inn was saturated with water. The water also poured through the ceiling in to , causing damage in the kitchen.

No estimate for the damage has been provided.

Disorderly Conduct

Samir Deshmukh, 46, Winding Way, Princeton, NJ was cited on Saturday, September 10 at approximately 2:12 AM after he was observed urinating on the sidewalk near the intersection of Main Street and Oakland Avenue.

Public Drunkenness

Gary Feuchter, 40, Hayfield Court, Doylestown, was cited on Saturday, September 10 at approximately 2:12 AM after he was observed stumbling on the sidewalk near the intersection of Main Street and Oakland Avenue.

Criminal Mischief

A resident of the tens block of N. Franklin Street reported that someone poured ketchup on two of his vehicles, which were parked in front of his residence.

The incident occurred during the early morning hours of Saturday, September 3.

Criminal Mischief

A representative from reported that a male punched the door to the restaurant on Monday, September 12 at approximately 6:02 PM, causing the glass to crack.

The male is described as being in his fifties, stocky build, wearing a black shirt and green cargo pants.
