Firefighters Battle Blaze in Plumstead

A fast-moving fire destroyed a home in Plumstead Township Thursday afternoon.
Fire companies were called to a house fire in the 5400 block of Jillian Way. The fire began shortly after 3 p.m. and by 3:30 p.m., firefighters on the scene were calling for more assistance.
Responding firefighters arrived to find the fire well advanced.
