Fights Lead to Citations in Doylestown

Doylestown Borough Police reported several physical altercations that ended with citations for disorderly conduct or charges of assault.

Disorderly Conduct

A 16-year old male, of Doylestown, was cited on Saturday, Aug. 18 at about 11:29 p.m. after he allegedly created a disturbance and engaged in a physical altercation outside a residence on the tens block of N. Hamilton Street.

Disorderly Conduct

Citations have been filed against Patrick Genestin, 40, Red Bud Lane, Furlong, and Gaetano Cappellini, 43, West Street, Doylestown, for creating a disturbance on the 200 block of N. West Street on Sunday, August 19 at approximately 8:23 a.m.

Genestin was allegedly screaming in the roadway. Cappellini allegedly struck Genestin in the face after both engaged in pushing each other.

Assault

Charges have been filed against Ivon Warren, 65, of Anderson Road, Buckingham, after he allegedly struck a male with his vehicle at a property he owns on the tens block of Swamp Road.

The incident occurred on Sunday, Aug. 19 at about 12:19 p.m.

The victim complained of pain in the lower back and was transported to Doylestown Hospital for evaluation shortly after the report was filed.

Assault

Andrew Murray, 35, of Gray Friar Terrace, Chalfont, was arrested on Monday, August 20 at about 6:49 p.m. after he allegedly struck an acquaintance during a domestic disturbance at Valley House Condos. 

The victim reported that Murray repeatedly struck her in the face, but she refused medical treatment.

Murray is also charged with disorderly conduct and harassment.
