Estranged Husband Held on Murder Charges

Police say he beat his estranged wife's new boyfriend to death before stabbing her to death.

The murders were the result of a wife swap gone bad, officials said Friday.

Tarantino and his wife, Tara, met the Hills at church, and the couples began socializing, The Morning Call reported. Frederick Tarantino and Stefanie Hill soon became a couple, leaving Tara Tarantino and Lloyd Hill to become a couple.

Lloyd Hill had threatened several times to kill Stefanie, according to police.

Hill, of Quakertown, has been charged with two counts of murder, as well as with burglary and possessing an instrument of crime. He remained in the Bucks County Prison outside Doylestown Friday where he was being held without bond, according to prison records.
