Doylestown Woman Sues Kohl's After 2012 Fall

Christine Smizaski is seeking damages in excess of $50,000 as a result of the May 24 fall, the Pennsylvania Record reported.

A Doylestown woman is suing Kohl’s for not properly maintaining its floor, which she slipped on in 2012. 

Christine Smizaski is seeking damages in excess of $50,000 as a result of the May 24 fall, the Pennsylvania Record reported. 

Smizaki injured her face, head, neck, back, arms and legs, as well as bones, tendons and other internal damage when she fell at the retailer's Doylestown location, according to the Pennsylvania Record.
