I've tripped and fell in town on concrete sidewalks while running full steam plenty of times and had some bruises and scrapes. I never once injured my "face, head, neck, back, arms and legs, as well as bones, tendons." This doesn't pass my smell test.

At first i was thinking the same thing guys, but if you read the PA record article it describes her injuries as "serious and permanent" now I don't know if thats a doctor or lawyer coming up with that, but if they coated/cleaned the floor in that area like she said, and did nothing to let customers know, she falls and does in fact have serious permanent injuries, i'm OK with a lawsuit of an appropriate amount. It sounds like she may have fallen flat on her face on the hard floor, i can imagine that can do some serious damage inside and out.
