Doylestown Township Police Blotter: July 23
Doylestown police released recent crime information.
Doylestown Township Police released its recent police blotter, which included retail thefts and thefts from vehicles.
To prevent theft from vehicles, the police department suggests that the vehicles remain locked and items of value are removed from the car.
Saturday, July 23: An iPhone charger and a Garmin GPS—valued at $285 total—were stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked in the 100 block of Commons Way Circle.

Friday, July 22: A Garmin GPS—valued at $200—was stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked in the 1000 block of White Hall Drive.
Friday, July 22: Two 15-year-old females (one from Ambler, Pa. and one from Furlong, Pa.) were issued summary citations for retail theft after stealing from located at 1745 Easton Rd. The Furlong female took $72 worth of jewelry and the Ambler teen took $148 worth of jewelry and sunglasses. Both females were turned over to their parents and issued citations.

Thursday, July 21: A Tom Tom GPS—a $150 value—was stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked in the 2 digit block of Fox Hill Road.
Thursday, July 21: A 17-year-old and 18-year-old, both from Doylestown, were issued summary citations for retail theft after removing items from Kohl's Department Store. The 17-year-old female took $16 worth of clothing, and Taylor Nolan, 18, took $36 worth of clothing from the store. The juvenile was turned over to her parents, and both were issued citations.
