Threats and retail theft.

Terroristic Threats and Simple Assault

On March 1 at 7:20 pm, the department was called to the 100 block of Willowbrook Drive for a domestic assault. Investigation determined that Raymond Schaaf, 65, had made threats with a firearm to female known to him.

He was arrested and arraigned before District Judge William Benz on the above charges. Bail was set at $50,000 or 10%. He was lodged in the Bucks County Correctional Facility in lieu of bail.

Retail Theft

On March 2 at 3:10 pm, the department was called to Redner’s Market, 1661 Easton Road, Doylestown Pointe Plaza, for a report of retail theft.

Investigation determined that Justine E. Boorse, 42, of Sellersville, had removed and concealed eight items of value totaling $18.88. She was arrested on the above charge and arraigned before District Judge Maggie Snow.

Bail was set at $75,000 or 10%. She was lodged in Bucks County Correctional Facility in lieu of the bail.
