Investigation determined that the driver, Angela Baczui, 24, of Philadelphia, had failed to yield on a left turn from Route 202 south to enter the Route 611 Bypass south and struck a northbound Route 202 vehicle.

She had the odor of alcohol about her. She failed to satisfactorily perform field sobriety tests.
