Driving Under Influence of Alcohol
On Feb. 11 at 2:10 am, a vehicle was observed failing to stop for a stop sign at Limekiln Road at Sandy Ridge Road.
The driver, Kevin Marrow, 21, Phillipsburg, NJ, had the odor of alcohol about him.
He failed to satisfactorily perform field sobriety tests. He was placed under arrest and provided blood samples for testing.

The above charges were filed before District Judge Mark Douple on Feb. 11.
