Driving Under Influence of Alcohol and related charge
On June 11 at 1:35 a.m., a vehicle was observed traveling on Route 611 swerving in the lane of travel.
The driver, John Mitchell, 47, of Warrington, had the odor of an alcoholic beverage about him. He failed to satisfactorily perform field sobriety tests. He was placed under arrest and provided blood samples for testing.
The above charges were filed before District Judge Mark Douple on June 13.
