Driving Under Influence of Alcohol

On 05/29/2011 at 6:10 pm, the department investigated a minor two vehicle accident on Route 611 at the Barn Plaza. Investigation determined that Mark Glendenning, 44, of Doylestown, had the odor of an alcoholic beverage about him. He failed to satisfactorily perform field sobriety tests. He was placed under arrest. He provided blood samples for testing. The above charge was filed before District Judge Mark Douple on 06/01/2011.

Driving Under Influence of Alcohol, Minor prohibited from operating with alcohol

On 06/05/2011 at 12:05 am, the department investigated a one vehicle accident on Lower State Road at Wells Road where vehicle went off roadway into a field. Investigation determined that Katherine Maxwell, 19, of Doylestown, had the odor of an alcoholic beverage about her. She failed to satisfactorily perform field sobriety tests. She was placed under arrest. She provided blood samples for testing. The above charges were filed before District Judge Mark Douple on 06/07/2011.

Driving Under Influence of Alcohol, Damage to attended vehicle or property, Duty to give information and render aid

On 06/06/2011 at 6:00 pm, the department investigated a hit and run two vehicle accident at Pebble Hill Road and Turk Road. Investigation determined that William Hoke, 47, of Doylestown, had the odor of an alcoholic beverage about him. He failed to satisfactorily perform field sobriety tests. He was placed under arrest. He provided blood samples for testing. The above charge was filed before District Judge Mark Douple on 06/08/2011.

Retail Theft

On 06/06/2011 at 6:15 pm, the department was called to Redner’s Market, 1661 Easton Road, Doylestown Pointe Plaza, for a report of retail theft. Investigation determined that Nataliya Kotov, 55, of Warrington, had removed items of value totaling $28.76. She was issued a summary citation for retail theft.
