Driving Under Influence of Alcohol and related charge
On April 9 at 11:30 pm, a vehicle was observed traveling on the Route 611 bypass swerving in the lane of travel. The driver, Raymond Puskar, 57 years of age, Sellersville, PA, had the odor of an alcoholic beverage about him.
He failed to satisfactorily perform field sobriety tests. He was arrested and provided blood samples for testing. The above charges were filed before District Judge Mark Douple on April 11.
Theft and Receiving Stolen Property
On April 10 at 8:20 pm, the department responded to a complainant of suspicious activity at Goodyear Tire Store on North Main Street. Investigation determined that Herbert Edmunds, 45, of Philadelphia, had stolen six tires from the business. The above charges were filed before District Judge Mark Douple on April 11.

Theft from Unlocked Vehicles
On April 16, it was also reported that an unlocked vehicle in the driveway of a home in the 100 block of Ash Way had been entered and cash wash tokens and a small amount of U.S. coins were stolen.
