Retail Theft
On Tuesday, March 29, at 4:55 p.m., the township police department was called to , 1745 Easton Road, for a report of retail theft.
Investigation determined that Tara Murtaugh, 23, of Chalfont, had removed and concealed items of clothing valued at $47.
She was arraigned before District Judge Robert Roth on the above charge. Bail was set at $10,000 or 10%, which was paid.
