Retail Theft

On Tuesday, March 15 at 3:20 pm, Doylestown Township police were called to Redner’s Market, 1661 Easton Road, Doylestown Pointe Plaza, for a report of retail theft.

Investigation determined that Linda Farrell, 57, of Ambler, had removed and concealed six items of value totaling $32.70. She was issued a summary citation for retail theft.

Driving Under Influence of Alcohol

On Monday, March 14 at 2:45 pm, the department investigated a two vehicle accident reported to be on Route 202 at the Route 611 Bypass.

Investigation determined that William Wishwanick, 40, of Warminster, was one of the drivers and he appeared impaired with an unsteady balance and slurred speech.

He failed to satisfactorily perform field sobriety tests. He was arrested and provided blood and urine samples for testing.

The above charge was filed before District Judge Mark Douple on March 15.
