Train service to and from Doylestown was delayed Wednesday morning after a man was hit by a train in Lansdale.
A SEPTA spokeswoman said the man had been running to catch the train when he was struck. Lansdale police told SEPTA the man sustained minor injuries, she said.
At 10 a.m., SEPTA advised riders to expect at least 20 minute delays in both directions on the Lansdale/Doylestown line.
Service resumed around 10:45 a.m., SEPTA announced on Twitter.
Riders were advised to "expect residual delays while full operations are restored."
