Driving Under the Influence
Matthew Miserendino, 25, Durham Road, Ottsville, was arrested on Sunday, September 18 at approximately 4:13 AM after his vehicle was stopped for a malfunctioning brake light.
During the traffic stop, Miserendino was noted to exhibit signs of intoxication. He was asked to perform field sobriety tests, which he failed.

Miserendino was transported to Doylestown Hospital for blood tests, which he refused.
Miserendino was also charged with weapons violations after he was found to possess a spring-loaded knife. In addition, he was charged with allegedly providing alcohol to two underage passengers in the vehicle.

Those passengers, Peter Dunbar, 18, Durham Road, Kintnersville, and a 16-year old female from Warrington, were cited for underage consumption of alcohol.

Donna Dudick, 50, River Road, Upper Black Eddy, was cited on Thursday, September 15 at approximately 4:20 PM after she allegedly created a disturbance by yelling profanities inside the

William Pavitt, 29, Rutledge Court, North Wales, was arrested on Friday, September 16 at approximately 2:03 AM after he allegedly failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of State and Hamilton Streets.
During the traffic stop, Pavitt was noted to exhibit signs of intoxication. He was asked to perform field sobriety tests, which he failed.
Pavitt was transported to Doylestown Hospital for legal blood.
Attempted Burglary
Damage was discovered on a door jamb on the second floor of the Main Street Marketplace. The damage was noted to be pry marks, indicative of someone attempting to break through the lock.
No entry was made into the door or any office in the building.
The damage was discovered on Wednesday, September 14.
Liquor Laws
A 15-year old student of was cited on Friday, September 16 at approximately 8:50 PM after he was observed exhibiting signs of intoxication during a football game at War Memorial Field.
Theft
A representative from reported that a male was observed removing fall merchandise such as pumpkins, corn stalks, and mums from outside displays, placing the items into his vehicle, and leaving the area without attempting to pay for the items.
The incident occurred on Saturday, September 17 during the morning hours.
No estimate for the stolen merchandise has been provided.
Public Drunkenness
Matthew Kacergis, 24, Rachel Road, Richboro, was cited on Sunday, September 18 at approximately 1:09 AM after he was observed sleeping on a bench in front of a W. State Street business.
Driving Under the Influence
Heidi Markloff, 31, Township Line Road, Wycombe, was arrested on Sunday, September 18 at approximately 4:52 PM after she was observed sleeping in her vehicle on Woodbridge Drive.
Markloff was noted to exhibit signs of intoxication. She was asked to perform field sobriety tests, which she failed.
Markloff was transported to Doylestown Hospital for legal blood.
Driving Under the Influence
Alexander Carpenter, 27, Route 113, Sellersville, was arrested on Monday, September 19 at approximately 2:05 AM after he was observed driving his vehicle in the wrong direction on E. State Street, a one-way street.
During the traffic stop, Carpenter was noted to exhibit signs of intoxication. He was asked to perform field sobriety tests, which he failed.
Carpenter was transported to Doylestown Hospital for blood tests.
Criminal Mischief
Three vehicles parked in the parking lot were vandalized on Monday, September 19.
The first vehicle had graffiti drawn on driver’s side door. The second vehicle had graffiti written on the rear passenger side. Both appeared to be written in black marker.
The third vehicle had some type of pink paste smeared on the driver’s side mirror.
No estimate for the damage has been reported.
Attempted Burglary
A representative from a doctor’s office in the Atrium complex reported that someone attempted to pry open a window to the office sometime between 8:30 PM on Sunday, September 19 and 8:00 AM on Monday, September 20.
No entry was made into the office.
