A stolen First Friday flag, a fight at Lenape Middle and snow plowed from a business into the street are in the roundup this week.

Theft

A resident of Stacey Drive reported that someone stole a rear window wiper blade from her vehicle between 8:05 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 25 and 7 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 26.

The wiper blade is valued at about $15.

Ordinance Violation

A citation has been filed against Francis Lombardo, 65, Clay Road, Doylestown, after an officer observed him plowing snow from a business lot into the roadway on the 500 block of N. Main Street.

The incident occurred on Thursday, Jan. 27 at about 8:15 a.m.

Driving Under the Influence

Walter Boris, 21, Pipers Inn Drive, Fountainville, was arrested on Friday, Jan. 28 at about 1:30 a.m. after his vehicle was stopped for illegal sun screening in the area of Court and Main Streets.

During the traffic stop, Boris was noted to exhibit signs of intoxication. He was asked to perform field sobriety tests, which he failed.

Boris was transported to Doylestown Hospital for blood tests.

Theft

A resident of reported that about $230 was removed from a wallet that was stored in a bureau of his room.

The incident was reported on Friday, Jan. 28 at about 1 p.m.

Disorderly Conduct

Shane Foley, 34, Harrison Road, Doylestown, was cited on Saturday, Jan. 29 at about 3:49 a.m. after an officer observed him pull a First Friday flag off a business storefront on E. Oakland Avenue.

Public Drunkenness

Sean Austerberry, 26, Swamp Road, Doylestown, was cited on Saturday, Jan. 29 at about 8:50 p.m. after he allegedly created a disturbance by engaging in a verbal dispute outside an E. State Street restaurant.

Harassment

A citation has been filed against a 15-year old female student at after she allegedly slammed her body into the victim during a verbal altercation at the school.

The incident occurred on Friday, Jan. 28.

Theft

Officers received the report of a coat being removed from a chair at sometime between 11:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 29 and 1:30 on Sunday, Jan. 30.

The victim’s wallet, which contained credit cards and a $100 gift card, was in the coat.

The coat is valued at about $150.

Criminal Mischief

Graffiti was observed on the rear of a residence on the 100 block of N. Clinton Street on Tuesday, Feb. 1.

Graffiti consisted of the letters “ACK” and “FBK” written in black spray paint.

Harassment

George Mohr, 68, no fixed abode, was cited on Tuesday, Feb. 1 at about 11:47 a.m. after he allegedly kicked an employee of the .

Theft

Officers received the report of a theft from a vehicle parked in the lot of Wachovia Bank on Wednesday, Feb. 2 at about 9:11 a.m.

The victim reported that a male was observed in her vehicle. When approached, the male fled the area on a black mountain bike.

The male is described as being in his early twenties, approximately 6 feet tall with a thin build, wearing an olive colored hoodie with the hood up, and black pants.

About 50 cents was removed from the vehicle.
