Theft

A resident of reported that someone removed $20 from his nightstand on Thursday, August 11.

Graffiti was observed on a utility box and two dumpsters in the area of Plaza East parking lot on Thursday, August 11 at approximately 2 p.m.

Graffiti was written in white paint, yellow marker, and blue marker.

Public Drunkenness

Bryan Dacey, 21, Appian Way, Doylestown, was cited on Friday, August 12 at approximately 12:26 a.m. after he allegedly threw a bottle at a wall on E. Court Street and smashed a glass in a N. Main Street bar.

Dacey was also cited for disorderly conduct and harassment.

Disorderly Conduct

Montrell Taylor, 23, Aspen Way, Doylestown, was cited on Friday, August 12 at approximately 1:25 a.m. after he allegedly started an altercation in a W. State Street apartment.

Criminal Mischief

Graffiti was observed on the rear door of on Friday, August 12 at approximately 10:01 a.m.

Graffiti was written in black marker.

Driving Under the Influence

Edyta Rudnik, 42, Rosemont, PA, was arrested on Friday, August 12 at approximately 10:19 p.m. after officers received the report of a vehicle swerving across the double lines on Route 202.

During the traffic stop, Rudnik was noted to exhibit signs of intoxication. She was asked to perform field sobriety tests, which she failed.

Rudnik was transported to Doylestown Hospital for blood tests.

Driving Under the Influence

Cody Snyder, 20, Cafferty Road, Point Pleasant, was arrested on Saturday, August 13 at approximately 8:04 p.m. after he was stopped for driving his vehicle without the headlights illuminated.

During the traffic stop, Snyder was noted to exhibit signs of intoxication. He was asked to perform field sobriety tests, which he failed.

Snyder was transported to Doylestown Hospital for blood tests.

Criminal Mischief

Daniel Miller, 21, Geddes Way, Pipersville, was cited on Sunday, August 14 at approximately 4:49 a.m. after he allegedly damaged a lock mechanism on an E. Court Street apartment window.

Miller was also cited for public drunkenness and criminal trespass.

Theft

A resident of reported a metal bracelet with rectangular plate stolen from his dresser.

The victim is unsure when he had it last, but reported the theft on Tuesday, August 16.

The bracelet is valued at approximately $10.

Criminal Mischief

A resident of the tens block of E. Ashland Street reported that someone painted graffiti on her garage windows sometime during the overnight hours of Tuesday, August 16 into Wednesday, August 17.

Graffiti was written in white paint.

Theft

A representative from reported that someone removed a handbag from the store on Wednesday, August 17.

The handbag is described as multi-colored with beads and is valued at approximately $59.

Theft

A resident of Center Square Towers reported his wallet missing from an end table on Wednesday, August 17.

The wallet contained a credit card, various identification cards, and medical cards.

Public Drunkenness

Kevin Hawk, 36, Linksman Lane, Warrington, was cited on Wednesday, August 17 at approximately 11:27 p.m. after he was observed stumbling on Clemens Road in the area of Main Street.

Burglary

Officers are investigating the report of a burglary that occurred at sometime between 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 17 and 8:30 AM on Thursday, August 18.

Approximately $30 was removed from a cabinet on the second floor of the building.

Entry appears to have been made through an unsecured first floor window.

Drug Violations

Leigh Ann Burger, 36, Ash Mill Road, Doylestown, was arrested on Thursday, August 18 at approximately 11:09 a.m. after she was found to possess a small bag with suspected marijuana residue.

Burger had been pulled over for traveling through a red light at the intersection of Main and Ashland Streets.

Assault

William Parry, 52, Lower Mountain Road, Forest Grove, was arrested after he allegedly punched the victim’s forearm and pulled her hair following a verbal altercation on Friday, August 19 at approximately 6:59 a.m.

Parry is also charged with threats and harassment.

Theft

An employee at reported her cell phone stolen from a nurses’ station on Friday, August 19 between 12:45 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.

The cell phone is described as a T-Mobil One Touch and is valued at approximately $300.

Theft

A 16-year old male, Doylestown, was cited on Friday, August 19 at approximately 8:35 p.m. after he allegedly attempted to remove two cans of energy drinks from without attempting to pay for the items.

The energy drinks are valued at $4.99.

Disorderly Conduct

Brian Hugill, 39, Ashland Street, Doylestown, was cited on Saturday, August 20 at approximately 3:28 a.m. for allegedly urinating at the corner of E. Oakland Avenue and Donaldson Street.

Public Drunkenness

Robert Dvornick, 23, Spruce Street, Philadelphia, was cited on Sunday, August 21 at approximately 12:58 a.m. after he was observed sleeping in an E. Oakland Avenue parking lot.

Disorderly Conduct

Bradford Repka, 32, Hosta Court, Warrington, was cited on Sunday, August 21 at approximately 3:30 a.m. after an officer observed him urinating into bushes near an E. State Street business.

Theft

A resident of the 100 block of East Street reported that someone removed two bicycles from his unsecured garage sometime between 8:00 PM on Saturday, August 20 and 7:00 AM on Sunday, August 21.

The first bike is described as a Cervelo Super Prodigy, black in color with a black seat, speedometer, and mirror on left handlebar. The second bike is described as a Marin Mill Valley road bike, black in color with a black seat.

The bicycles are valued at approximately $3,000.
