Stolen prescription pad used to try to obtain drug oxycodone.

Theft

Officers are investigating the report of a prescription tablet being stolen from a doctor’s office on the 200 block of West Street sometime between Monday, July 18 and Wednesday, July 20.

The physician was alerted to the theft when he received calls from two pharmacists requesting verification of prescriptions for Oxycodone.

Criminal Mischief

A citation has been filed against Christopher James, 22, Easton Road, Doylestown, for allegedly puncturing a tire on a minivan that was parked on the 100 block of Harvey Avenue.

The incident occurred on Sunday, July 10 at approximately 9:35 PM.

The damage was estimated at approximately $105.

Theft

A resident of the 100 block of Cottage Street reported that someone stole a bicycle from her carport sometime between 10:00 PM on Wednesday, July 13 and 6:00 AM on Thursday, July 14.

The bicycle is described as a yellow, Specialized mountain bike valued at approximately $1,000.

Theft

A resident of the 100 block of Wood Street reported that someone stole a bicycle from his yard sometime during the overnight hours of Wednesday, July 13 into Thursday, July 14.

The bicycle is described as a gray mountain bike with black handlebars. The value is unknown.

Assault

Danny Patterson, 28, Stump Road, Pipersville, was arrested on Friday, July 15 at approximately 3:25 AM after he allegedly assaulted an acquaintance in an alley off E. Oakland Avenue.

The victim reported that Patterson allegedly wrapped his arm around her neck and dragged her across the alleyway.

Patterson was arraigned before District Justice Douple and remanded to Bucks County Correctional Facility in lieu of bail.

Driving Under the Influence

Jack Kelly, 30, Aspen Way, Doylestown, was arrested on Friday, July 15 at approximately 3:38 AM after he was observed driving his vehicle the wrong way on E. Oakland Avenue, a one-way street.

During the traffic stop, Kelly was noted to exhibit signs of intoxication.

Kelly was transported to Doylestown Hospital for legal blood.

Theft

Ryan Chisholm, 22, Commons Way, Doylestown, was cited for retail theft on Friday, July 15 at approximately 1:52 PM after he allegedly removed a hoagie and bottled beverage from without attempting to pay for the items.

The food items were valued at $6.04.

Disorderly Conduct

Amanda Driesbach, 24, Circle Drive, Chalfont, was cited on Saturday, July 16 at approximately 2:14 AM after an officer allegedly observed her attempting to urinate next to an E. Oakland Avenue business.

Assault

Charges have been filed against Jessica Fleeson, 25, and Christina Gaglio, 31, both of Main Street, Doylestown, for allegedly engaging in a physical altercation at their residence on Saturday, July 16 at approximately 2:45 AM.

Fleeson suffered a bump to her forehead. Gaglio sustained a swollen lip. Both refused medical treatment.

Fleeson and her roommate, Daniel Roat, 32, are charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after officers observed a mirror with white powder residue and a glass pipe commonly used for smoking marijuana in their apartment.

Public Drunkenness

Daniel Roat, 32, Main Street, Doylestown, was cited on Saturday, July 16 at approximately 10:21 AM after he allegedly created a disturbance with emergency response personnel attempting to transport a patient to the hospital for evaluation and treatment of a possible head injury.

Criminal Mischief

The business sign for the Shops at Taylor Avenue was damaged sometime during the overnight hours of Friday, July 15 into Saturday, July 16.

The sign is valued at approximately $500.

Public Drunkenness

Daniel Eisemann, 24, Graeme Way, Hartsville, was cited on Sunday, July 17 at approximately 2:15 AM after he allegedly punched an individual in the face outside a S. Main Street bar.

Eisemann was also cited for harassment and disorderly conduct.

Theft

A representative from reported that someone stole approximately $291 from the cash register sometime between 5:00 PM on Sunday, July 17 and Monday morning, July 18.

There was no sign of forced entry into the business.

Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle

Charges have been filed against Salvatore Gargano, 30, Fitler Street, Philadelphia, for allegedly taking an acquaintance’s vehicle without her permission and refusing to return it when requested.

The victim reported that the vehicle was taken from the area of Taylor Avenue sometime between 10:00 PM on Sunday, July 17 and 12:30 PM on Monday, July 18.

Driving Under the Influence

Gregory Marchand, 21, Doyle Street, Doylestown, was arrested on Thursday, July 21 at approximately 2:02 AM after the vehicle he was driving struck a tree on the 200 block of S. Main Street.

During the accident investigation, Marchand was noted to exhibit signs of intoxication. He was asked to perform field sobriety tests, which he failed.

Marchand was transported to Doylestown Hospital for blood tests.

Theft

A cellular phone was allegedly stolen from the counter of a Main Street gas station on Thursday, July 21 between 11:35 AM and 11:43 AM.

The victim reported that she accidentally left the phone on the counter while making a purchase. When she returned, the phone was missing.

The phone is described as a Blackberry 9630 valued at approximately $300.

Liquor Laws

Andrew Bronsteen, 20, Baldwin Lane, Princeton, NJ, was cited on Friday, July 22 at approximately 11:40 PM after he allegedly attempted to enter a S. Main Street bar using a false identification card. He was also cited for carrying a false identification card, underage consumption of alcohol, and public drunkenness.

Ryan Stewart, 21, Ruckman Way, Doylestown, was cited for allegedly serving Bronsteen alcohol while at Stewart’s residence.

Criminal Mischief

Graffiti was observed in the area of and the East Street Center on Saturday, July 23 at approximately 12:20 PM.

Graffiti was written in white and gold paint on two utility boxes and four trash dumpsters.

Disorderly Conduct

Officers are investigating a fight that occurred at a N. Main Street bar on Sunday, July 24 at approximately 12:41 AM.

The victim reported that an unknown male head-butted him in the nose, causing a nosebleed and possible broken nose.

The suspect was wearing a blue tank top, a Phillies hat, and white sneakers. He was last seen running south on Main Street.

Criminal Mischief

Someone wrote graffiti on a building partition, a bench, pavers, and the mule statue located in the some time between Friday, July 22 and Monday, July 25.

The skimmer cover for the reflecting pool was also removed and thrown into the pool.

Graffiti was written in blue, black, and white marker.

Criminal Mischief

A representative from reported damage to the cow statue located at the front of the business.

The cow had graffiti written on it and it was knocked from its base, causing an ear to break off.

The damage occurred between Friday, July 22 and Monday, July 25.

Liquor Laws

Two 17-year old males, both from Doylestown, were cited for underage consumption of alcohol on Wednesday, July 27 at approximately 1:16 AM after an officer stopped them while running in the area of Clinton Street and Hart Avenue.

Criminal Mischief

Graffiti was observed on a dumpster located in the area of Main and Church Streets on Wednesday, July 27 at approximately 4:40 AM.

The graffiti was written in white paint.

Criminal Mischief

A representative from reported that someone tampered with three air conditioning units in the building’s windows sometime during the overnight hours of Tuesday, July 26 into Wednesday, July 27.

The units had their side panels pushed aside.
