Indecent assault on Main Street.

Indecent Assault

Officers are investigating two reports of a male pulling females’ blouses in an effort to expose their breasts on Saturday, June 18.

The first incident occurred on the 600 block of N. Main Street at about  12:57 a.m. The victim reported that she was upset and walking in the area when a vehicle pulled up and the driver questioned her well-being. The driver exited his vehicle and asked if he could assist her. Eventually, the male embraced the victim in what she thought was consolation. The male then allegedly attempted to pull down her dress.

The second incident occurred at approximately 1:00 a.m. on E. Oakland Avenue in the area of S. Main Street. The victim and her companion were walking when a driver approached them about finding a gasoline station. They engaged in conversation for several minutes. As the couple was departing, the male driver allegedly made a hugging motion toward the female. As she approached the vehicle, the male allegedly pulled down her blouse and bra.

The victims described the vehicle as a dark blue SUV. The male is described as approximately 5’8” to 5’10”, mid 20’s, heavy set, with curly brown hair.

Driving Under the Influence

Michael Gioia, 30, Belmont Avenue, Ambler, was arrested on Thursday, June 16 at about 1:13 a.m. after the vehicle he was driving struck a traffic light at the intersection of W. State and Clinton Streets.

During the accident investigation, Gioia was noted to exhibit signs of intoxication. He was asked to perform field sobriety tests, which he failed.

Gioia was transported to Doylestown Hospital for blood tests.

Criminal Mischief

Graffiti was spray-painted at several locations on the exterior of sometime between 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 15 and 10:00 AM on Thursday, June 16.

Graffiti was also painted on the exterior wall of during the same overnight hours.

Driving Under the Influence

Gregory Dalzell, 42, Maple Street, Scranton, PA, was arrested on Friday, June 17 at about 12:13 a.m. after the vehicle he was driving struck a parked vehicle on N. Main Street in the area of State Street.

During the accident investigation, Dalzell was noted to exhibit signs of intoxication. He was asked to perform field sobriety tests, which he failed.

Dalzell was transported to Doylestown Hospital for blood tests, which he refused.

Theft

A student at reported that someone stole her iPhone from her locker on Monday, June 13.

The phone is valued at approximately $300.

Criminal Mischief

Graffiti was spray-painted in orange paint on an electric transformer on a property on the 100 block of Mechanic Street.

The damage occurred sometime during the overnight hours of Thursday, June 16 into Friday, June 17.

Theft

A cash drawer was stolen from the downstairs lounge area of on Friday, June 17 at approximately 1:15 a.m.

Video surveillance shows a male with long, wavy hair removing the drawer.

There was no cash in the drawer, but the drawer itself is valued at $250.

Drug Violations

Charges have been filed against Anthony Davenport, 21, Fonthill Drive, Doylestown, after he was found to possess a small bag of suspected marijuana on Saturday, June 18 at approximately 12:57 a.m. in the area of Fonthill Drive.

Criminal Mischief

Graffiti was spray-painted in black paint on the exterior wall of the Bucks County Human Resources office sometime during the overnight hours of Friday, June 17 into Saturday, June 18.

Liquor Laws

Citations have been filed against Jenna Ebersole, 20, Westview Drive, Mechanicsburg, PA, after she allegedly presented a false identification card to gain access to a S. Main Street bar during the early morning hours of Sunday, June 19.

Driving Under the Influence

Ian Silbert, 25, Court Street, Doylestown, was arrested on Sunday, June 19 at approximately 12:56 a.m. after he was observed failing to stop for a stop sign at the intersection of West Street and Court Street.

During the traffic stop, he was noted to exhibit signs of intoxication. He was asked to perform field sobriety tests, which he failed.

Silbert was transported to Doylestown Hospital for blood tests.

Drug Violations

A 16-year old male, of Doylestown, was arrested on Sunday, June 19 at approximately 11:29 p.m. after he was found in possession of a small amount of marijuana in the area of the Doylestown Shopping Center.

Disorderly Conduct

Charges are pending against Geoffrey Heskett, 35, Mechanic Street, Doylestown, after he allegedly engaged in a road rage incident on Monday, June 20 at approximately 10:08 a.m. in the area of Broad Street and Veterans Lane.

The victim reported that Heskett allegedly yelled obscenities at him and threw food items at his vehicle.

Theft

A black cloth Coach purse was stolen from a vehicle parked on E. Oakland Avenue in the area of S. Main Street on Monday, June 20 between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

The purse and its contents are valued at approximately $200.

Drug Violations

Camille DiDomenico, 20, Hampshire Drive, Chalfont, was arrested on Tuesday, June 21 at approximately 1:45 a.m. after she was found to possess a glass pipe commonly used for smoking marijuana while being investigated for a disturbance outside a S. Main Street bar.

DiDomenico also faces charges for underage consumption of alcohol and public drunkenness.

Drug Violations

A 16-year old female, of Doylestown, was arrested on Wednesday, June 22 at approximately 4:38 a.m. after she was found to possess two glass pipes commonly used for smoking marijuana while in the area of Doylestown Cemetery.

Public Drunkenness

Janie Sivieri, 56, North Street, Doylestown, was cited on Wednesday, June 22 at approximately 2:17 p.m. after she allegedly created a disturbance at an Atkinson Drive salon.

Sivieri was also cited for disorderly conduct.
