Albert Mundy, 30, Hastings Court, Doylestown, was cited on Wednesday, June 8 at approximately 2:10 a.m. after he was seen sleeping on the front steps of a N. Main Street restaurant.

Eric Clift, 23, Union Street, Doylestown, and John Kelly, 24, Court Street, Doylestown, were cited on Wednesday, June 8 at about 3:16 a.m. after they were observed riding bicycles erratically on State Street in the area of West Street.

A representative from the Liberty Station on State Street reported that someone damaged a locking mechanism on a scrap metal bin and removed scrap copper from the bin sometime between Monday, June 6 and Wednesday, June 8.

The scrap metal is valued at approximately $100.

Criminal Mischief

Graffiti was written on numerous surfaces at the PennDOT complex, Zenco Machine and Tool, and Frater’s Electric during the overnight hours of Wednesday, June 8 into Thursday, June 9.

The graffiti was written in white, orange, red, and black paint.

No estimate for the damage has been reported.

Theft

The street signs at the intersection of Green Street and Meadow Lane were reported missing on Friday, June 10.

No value for the signs has been reported.

Theft

A birdbath was stolen from a residence on the 300 block of North Street sometime between Friday, June 3 and Monday, June 6.

The birdbath is valued at approximately $60.

Drug Violations

Alex Lewis, 18, Hillcrest Circle, Doylestown, was arrested on Friday, June 10 at approximately 11:50 a.m. after a representative from reported that he possessed a small amount of suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia on school property.

A 17-year old male, Doylestown, was arrested on Saturday, June 11 at approximately 4:56 p.m. after he was found to possess a small amount of suspected marijuana and a glass pipe commonly used for smoking marijuana.

The items were located in his vehicle during a traffic stop in the area of Ashland and Clinton Streets.

Theft

Justine Boorse, 42, Summer Court, Sellersville, was arrested on Monday, June 13 at approximately 12:33 p.m. after a representative from Annie Sez reported that she allegedly attempted to remove a blouse from the store without attempting to purchase it.

The blouse is valued at $34.99.

Criminal Mischief

Graffiti was painted on numerous surfaces at Leonard Rose and Sons and the Country Food Market sometime during the overnight hours of Monday, June 13 into Tuesday, June 14.

Graffiti was written in gold and white paint.

No estimate for the damage has been provided.

Theft

A bicycle was stolen from the front porch of a residence on the 100 block of N. Clinton Street sometime between 8:00 p.m. on Monday, June 13 and 9:40 a.m. on Tuesday, June 14.

The bicycle is described as a small, black BMX bike valued at approximately $500.
