More theft from the elderly people at Golden Living and Greenleaf nursing homes.

Theft

Officers are investigating the report of items being stolen from five residents of between April 17 and April 25.

Items include a gold ring, a gold chain with crucifix, a gold ring with blue and pink stones, a gold engagement ring, two silver wedding bands and approximately $6 cash.

The jewelry items are valued at approximately $5,600.

Theft

A resident of Golden Living Nursing Home reported that $40 was removed from a wallet in her night stand sometime between Thursday evening, April 21 and Friday, April 22 at 11:45 AM.

Justin Byrne, 24, Jeffrey Drive, Southampton, was cited on Saturday, April 16 at approximately 10:03 p.m. after a Courthouse security officer observed him urinating outside the .

A citation has been filed against Philip Snyder, 51, Point Pleasant Pike, Danboro, for allegedly writing graffiti on the men’s room wall at .

Disorderly Conduct

Arthur Twitchell, 39, State Street, Doylestown, was cited on Monday, April 18 at approximately 3:28 a.m. after an officer observed him throw a glass beer bottle from his apartment veranda, shattering the bottle on an outdoor dining area.

Brianne Kozak, 20, Oak Leaf Lane, Doylestown, was cited for underage consumption of alcohol after she was noted to exhibit signs of intoxication during the investigation.

Disorderly Conduct

Jocquelin Jones, 26, Butler Street, Philadelphia, was cited on Tuesday, April 19 at approximately 1:19 p.m. after she allegedly created a disturbance by yelling obscenities while inside Domestic Relations.

Drug Violations

Noah Frazier, 23, Oakland Avenue, Doylestown, and Kevin MacLatchie, 26, Pebble Hill Road, Doylestown, were arrested on Wednesday, April 20 at approximately 12:17 a.m. after an officer stopped to investigate a suspicious vehicle parked at the .

Frazier is charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana after a small bag of suspected marijuana was observed in the center console of his vehicle.

MacLatchie was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after he was found in possession of a bag containing suspected marijuana, in addition to two pipes commonly used for smoking marijuana, and an electronic scale.

Drug Violations

Daniel Bellows, 24, Center Street, Towanda, was arrested on Thursday, April 21 at approximately 9:50 a.m. after he attempted to enter the with a cigarette box containing four suspected marijuana cigarettes.

Assault

Bryan Bruch, 31, Oakland Avenue, was arrested on Thursday, April 21 at approximately 11:37 p.m. following a domestic disturbance at his residence.

The victim sustained abrasions around her neck and upper arms.

Assault

Ronald Watson, 25, Wilcox Avenue, Bronx, NY, was arrested on Friday, April 22 at approximately 1:07 a.m. after he allegedly struck an employee at as he was being escorted out of the establishment.

Theft

A resident of reported his wallet stolen on Friday, April 22 at approximately 11:08 a.m.

When attempting to cancel a credit card contained inside the wallet, the victim was informed that the credit card had been used at a local grocery store, restaurant, and hair salon.

Criminal Mischief

A vehicle parked in the parking lot of William Neis Community Fields was keyed while the owner was sitting in it on Friday, April 22 at approximately 12:07 p.m.

The suspect is described as an older male, standing approximately 5’10”, weighing 180 pounds, wearing a green baseball cap, and seen driving an older model silver Pontiac Grand Am.

The damaged vehicle sustained an 8” scratch on the left rear panel.

Public Drunkenness

David Jordan, 37, Line Street, Lansdale, was cited on Friday, April 22 at approximately 5:23 p.m. after an officer observed him laying on the sidewalk on S. Hamilton Street in the area of Ashland Street.

Drug Violations

Daniel Bongiovanni, 19, Casselberry Drive, Audubon, was arrested on Saturday, April 23 at approximately 12:17 a.m. after his vehicle was stopped for traveling above the posted speed limit on Court Street in the area of Jefferson Street.

During the traffic stop, an officer observed plastic baggies containing suspected marijuana residue, a pack of cigarette rolling papers, and several empty cigar wrappers throughout the vehicle.

Bongiovanni was transported to for blood tests to determine if charges for driving under the influence are appropriate.

Theft

Two rocking chairs valued at approximately $180 were removed from the porch of a residence on the tens block of S. Clinton Street sometime between 12:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 23.

Criminal Mischief

The activation button was removed from and non-descript graffiti was painted in red on a traffic signal at the intersection of E. Court Street and Swamp Road.

The incident was reported on Monday, April 25 at approximately 2:40 p.m.

Assault

Shannon Manzo, 33, North Street, Doylestown, was arrested on Monday, April 25 at approximately 9:11 p.m. after she allegedly struck an acquaintance during a domestic disturbance at her residence.

The victim sustained a cut to his lip, as well as swelling under his left eye.

Manzo was remanded to on a probation violation.

Public Drunkenness

Michael Langer, 22, Tollgate Road, New Hope, was arrested on Wednesday, April 27 at about 4:35 a.m. after he created a disturbance at the .

He is also charged with disorderly conduct.

Criminal Mischief

Two tires on a vehicle parked at Penns Court office complex were punctured on Wednesday, April 27 between 11:45 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.

Elisa Marino, 48, Aspen Way, Doylestown, was cited on Wednesday, April 27 at approximately 4:08 p.m. after officers received the report of an intoxicated female at a S. Main Street business.
