Karen Kessler, 47, Miladies Lane, Doylestown, was cited on Wednesday, March 30 at approximately 11:10 AM after she was observed staggering on the top level of the Bucks County Parking Garage.

Ed Ernish, 19, South Street, Brielle, NJ, Michael Hafke, 19, Overlook Drive, High Bridge, NJ, Josh Nuneville, 19, 8th Street, Newtonville, PA, and Alex Pangaro, 19, Barclay Drive, Point Pleasant, NJ have been cited for underage consumption of alcohol following a noise complaint that occurred on the tens block of Stacey Drive on Friday, April 1 at approximately 1:39 a.m.

Alice McCormick, 67, Decatur Street, Doylestown, was cited on Friday, April 1 at approximately 9:45 AM after she allegedly created a disturbance and repeatedly entered an Old Dublin Pike residence that she had been ordered away from.

Liquor Laws

Citations have been filed against Benjamin Auteri, 19, Holicong Road, Doylestown, after he allegedly attempted to purchase alcoholic beverages from the on Veterans Lane using a false identification card.

The incident occurred on Friday, April 1 at approximately 7:50 PM.

Criminal Mischief

A representative from reported that someone had written graffiti on a wall at the rear of the business on Saturday, April 2 at approximately 4:35 PM.

Graffiti was non-descript lettering in black spray-paint.

Criminal Mischief

Officers discovered a large amount of graffiti painted on a rear wall and dumpster in the area of the County Theater on Saturday, April 2 at approximately 4:45 PM.

Graffiti was painted in blue and black paint.

Driving Under the Influence

Dumorriez Gailloux, 37, Old York Road, Buckingham, was arrested on Saturday, April 2 at approximately 9:36 PM after his vehicle allegedly left the roadway and struck a mailbox on Swamp Road in the area of Creek Drive.

During the accident investigation, Gailloux was noted to exhibit signs of intoxication.

Gailloux was transported to Doylestown Hospital for blood tests.

Robbery

A resident of the 200 block of N. Main Street reported that someone grabbed her from behind, threw her against the exterior of her apartment building, and grabbed her purse, which was hanging from a small grocery cart.

The incident occurred on Sunday, April 3 at approximately 9:47 PM.

The suspect is described as a male approximately 6 feet tall, wearing a black hoodie and jeans.

Criminal Mischief

A vehicle parked in the lot had its windows completely covered in white spray paint and the letters DUI spray-painted on its hood, rear trunk, and side door sometime during the overnight hours of Sunday, April 3 into Monday, April 4.

No estimate for the damage has been provided.

Disorderly Conduct

Carl Paulovitz, 86, Landisville Road, Doylestown, was cited on Monday, April 4 at approximately 1:20 PM for allegedly creating a disturbance by repeatedly honking his horn for an extended time while parked in the Doylestown Shopping Center lot.

Rashaad Williams, 18, Countryside Drive, Doylestown, Deshea Womack, 18, Clinton Street, and a 17-year old male were cited on Wednesday, April 6 at approximately 10:01 AM after they allegedly engaged in two verbal and physical altercations while attending class at .

The three males were also cited for harassment.

Driving Under the Influence

Ryan Putman, 23, Long Lane, Doylestown, was arrested on Thursday, April 7 at approximately 1:23 AM after he was observed driving above the posted speed limit on E. State Street in the area of Boro Mill Hill Road.

During the traffic stop, Putman was noted to exhibit signs of intoxication. He was asked to perform field sobriety tests, which he failed.

Ordinance Violation

William Bollendorf, 42, Hart Street, Warminster, was cited on Thursday, April 7 at approximately 7:33 a.m. for allegedly fishing in the Borough pond. (Fishing is restricted to persons under the age of 16 and is posted at the entrances to the area.)
