Theft

Gregory Robertson, 30, Chubb Drive, Doylestown, was cited after he allegedly removed four packs of cigarettes from a display case at the Liberty Gas Station on Wednesday, March 9 at about 4:36 p.m.

The cigarettes are valued at approximately $26.

Disorderly Conduct

James Schwender, 18, Walnut Lane, Doylestown, and a 16-year old male were cited on Friday, March 11 at about 11:15 a.m. after they allegedly engaged in a physical altercation at , where they are both students.

Disorderly Conduct

Marisa D’Amato, 19, Longshore Avenue, Philadelphia, was cited on Friday, March 11 at about 1:30 p.m. after she allegedly created a disturbance and threw a note pad at an employee of the .

Attempted Theft

A resident of the tens block of N. Franklin Street reported that he observed a male rummaging through his vehicle on Saturday, March 12 at about 5:20 a.m. When the victim called to the male, the male ran off.

Nothing was removed from the vehicle.

The male suspect is described as being approximately 5’10”, wearing dark clothes with a hooded sweatshirt, and carrying a bag over his shoulder.

Theft

A resident of the 500 block of North Street reported that someone entered her unlocked vehicle and removed a laptop computer and a Gameboy system with video game sometime between 12:00 p.m. on Friday, March 11 and 8:58 a.m. on Saturday, March 12.

The missing items are valued at approximately $725.

Theft

A representative from Wetherill Opticians reported that four eyeglass frames were removed from the business on Saturday, March 12 between 2:20 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.

The representative described a female suspect, approximately 5’5”, weighing approximately 135 pounds, 40ish, dark hair, wearing dark thick-framed glasses and a long camel-colored coat.

The frames are valued at about $927.

Assault

Charges have been filed against a 17-year old female after she allegedly struck another female in the face following a verbal altercation on the 100 block of N. Clinton Street. The incident occurred on Tuesday, March 15 at approximately 3 a.m.

Driving Under the influence

Eva Painter, 23, Sixth Street, North Wales, was arrested on Thursday, March 17 at approximately 12:51 a.m. after her vehicle was stopped for traveling above the posted speed limit on E. State Street in the area of Boro Mill Hill Road

During the traffic stop, Painter was noted to exhibit signs of intoxication. She was asked to perform field sobriety tests, which she failed.

Painter was transported to Doylestown hospital for blood tests, which she refused.
