Public Drunkenness

Gregory Crance, 46, Cold Spring Road, Southampton, was cited on Thursday, March 3 at approximately 9:07 PM after he allegedly began banging on the windows of a S. Main Street bar that had refused him service.

Larry Goodwin, 21, High Street, Camden, NJ, was cited on Friday, March 4 at approximately 1:21 AM after an officer observed him urinating in the rear lot of WaWa.

Samuel Hussey, 60, Erie Avenue, Philadelphia, was cited on Friday, March 4 at approximately 8:26 AM for allegedly screaming obscenities while running around a N. Main Street parking lot.

Public Drunkenness

Virginia Barci, 59, County Line Road, Hatboro, was cited on Friday, March 4 at approximately 11:18 PM after officers received the report of an intoxicated female crawling on the lawn of an E. Court Street residence.

Theft

Officers received the report of a coat being stolen from a S. Main Street bar sometime between 11:00 PM on Friday, March 4 and 12:30 AM on Saturday, March 5.

The victim reported that she handed the coat to a male, who offered to hang it on a coat hook. When they went to retrieve it, the coat was missing.

The coat is described as a camel-colored wool coat with a red fox fur hood. It is valued at approximately $100.

Driving Under the Influence

Karen Gouran, 29, Oberlin Terrace, Lansdale, was arrested on Saturday, March 5 at approximately 4:02 AM after she allegedly failed to stop at a posted stop sign at the intersection of E. Oakland Avenue and Church Street.

During the traffic stop, Gouran was noted to exhibit signs of intoxication. She was asked to perform field sobriety tests, which she failed.

Gouran was transported to Doylestown Hospital for blood tests.

Driving Under the Influence

Jonathan Danas, 41, Pebble Woods Drive, Doylestown, was arrested on Saturday, March 5 at approximately 7:19 PM after his vehicle allegedly struck the garage door track and a section of the building at Sunny Beverages.

Danas was transported to Doylestown Hospital for blood tests, which he refused.

Driving Under the Influence

Christopher Deguida, 24, Valley Road, Jamison, was arrested on Sunday, March 6 at approximately 3:44 AM after he allegedly failed to stop at a posted stop sign at the intersection of E. Oakland Avenue and Church Street.

During the traffic stop, Deguida was noted to exhibit signs of intoxication. He was asked to perform field sobriety tests, which he failed.

Deguida was transported to Doylestown Hospital for blood tests.

Criminal Mischief

A vehicle parked in the rear lot of a building on the 200 block of N. Main Street had all four tires slashed sometime between 3:00 PM on Saturday, March 5 and 9:30 AM on Sunday, March 6.

No estimate for the damage has been provided.

Theft

Officers received the report of an iPod being stolen during a party at a residence on Woodbridge Drive sometime between 7:00 PM and 9:45 PM on Saturday, March 5.

The victim reported that the iPod was being played in a docking system. She observed someone remove it from the dock and place it on a nearby table. She left the residence for approximately one hour and could not locate the iPod upon her return.

The iPod is valued at approximately $275.

Driving Under the Influence

Stacy Armstrong, 23, Meadow Lane, Chalfont, was arrested on Monday, March 7 at approximately 1:39 AM after she was observed driving in the wrong lane and striking a pedestrian crosswalk sign in the area of S. Main Street and Oakland Avenue.

During the traffic stop, Armstrong was noted to exhibit signs of intoxication. She was asked to perform field sobriety tests, which she failed.

Armstrong was transported to Doylestown Hospital for blood tests.

Drug Violations

Sean Barton, 26, Autumn Court, Pipersville, and Jeremiah Nolet, 22, Dark Hollow Road, Pipersville, were arrested on Thursday, March 10 at approximately 2:08 AM after a vehicle being driven by Barton was stopped for traveling above the posted speed limit on E. State Street in the area of Boro Mill Hill Road.

During the traffic stop, officers located two small bags of suspected marijuana and two glass pipes commonly used for smoking marijuana in the vehicle. Barton also possessed a small bag of suspected marijuana in his jacket.

Nolet was transported to Bucks County Correctional Facility on an outstanding warrant.
